Work began by analysing the global surfing industry to determine the market situation and trends by each country/region to the year 2022 before providing detailed advice and recommendations on the route to market for their innovative range of surfboard leashes. In addition, we provided in-depth analysis of the competitive environment and market segmentation to aid their sales and marketing strategy. Following analysis of the key markets, a list of potential distributors were identified in conjunction with key outlets to undertake independent reviews of the company’s leashes to gain brand awareness and market share in the US and Europe over the next 3 years.
