Thrive was appointed to advise and support SkunkWorks Surf Company on the route to market for its new range of surfboards and leashes. Following an extensive analysis of distribution possibilities, Gillian accompanied co-founder Ricky Martin to France and northern Spain, to meet prospective companies. The project involved setting up meetings and liaising with each company in French, preparing the meeting Agenda, undertaking product margin models, as well as the compilation of a detailed report post visit with recommendations on next steps to ensure SkunkWorks meets its business objectives.
