Keystone had set ambitious sales growth targets by business over the next 2 years. The marketing strategy was therefore directly aligned to delivery of the group’s sales targets by business and region. Marketing tactics and messages were developed to communicate with the organisation’s target audiences, marketing concepts produced, and a range of marketing metrics identified to measure the impact of the strategy among trade and consumer audiences.
