A Marketing Strategy is a business’ overall game plan for reaching people and turning them into customers of the product or service that the business provides. It contains the company’s value proposition, key marketing messages, information on the target customer and the competition, in conjunction with marketing tactics to reach customers to achieve the overarching business goals and objectives.
Thrive was delighted to work with the PPP Group to develop a targeted marketing strategy to enter the UK gardening, play and equestrian sectors with its new range of eco-friendly, rubber mulch chippings.
Marketing priorities will aim to cultivate existing users and seek to encourage conversion from chipped bark (mulch and play areas) and silica sand (equestrian) within each respective market to achieve the ambitious sales targets set for each sector over the next year. The Marketing Strategy will form the basis of a 12-month tactical Marketing Plan driven by Thrive Marketing & Communications to include website development, online sales platforms, social media, advertising, memberships, trade shows, brochureware, sponsorship and PR.
